No, this price includes up to 5 people on the Carriage Ride and group access to meet the other character(s) and Santa’s Live Reindeer at the event! Invite a friend or family member to join in on this unforgettable experience!

A Carriage Ride "ticket" includes: Carriage Ride with a princess or Character (max. 5 guest),  Meet & Greet with the character),  unlimited photo and autograph opportunities, and access to magical Reindeer Stable to pet, visit and take photos with Santa’s Live Reindeer!

Your ticket will be mailed to you. Or, if you purchase within 10 days of the event your ticket will be waiting for you at will call. You must have proper identification in order to pick up your ticket. 

Any guests that are not riding the carriage may attend to watch the carriage and enjoy viewing the carriage ride. 

Any child under 12 months of age can be held on an adult's lap during the ride and will not count towards one of the 5 Carriage Ride Guests. 

Tickets" are non-refundable under any circumstance, unless we need to cancel due to weather. See terms and conditions. 

Each ½ hour will have a different Carriage Ride Character as described above. All Meet and Greet Characters are subject to change. Santa will not be on the Carriage Ride! He will be attending to other North Pole activities.  

The rides will continue amid rainy and snowy conditions, and will temporarily post-pone up to an hour amid thunder/lighting and resume if/when it is safe. There will be plenty of bad weather coverage while waiting in the Hotel Lobby where there will be hot chocolate available. Note:  There is a roof over the Carriage. 

If we need to reschedule due to extreme weather we will set an alternate date and contact all guests via email as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend the alternate date, we will refund your ticket.
